The sale of a property is usually associated with stress and work. In addition, it is usually about a lot of money! A small selection of our broker services:
- Valuation of your property and determination of a realistic, market-specific offer price.

For these services, our brokers require a local commission. However, this is only due when it has actually come to a notarized purchase. (Performance-based commission). If there is no conclusion within an agreed time, the broker has no commission claim. In Germany, this commission is usually required by the buyer. Abroad, on the other hand, it is customary for the owner of a property to pay the commission to the broker.
