How to become a Host?: Wenn Du eine Unterkunft besitzt und diese über uns vermieten möchtest, musst Du Dich einmal im Anmeldebereich kostenlos registrieren. Danach erhältst Du Deine Logindaten per Email und hast Zugriff auf unseren Mitgliederbereich. Dort kannst Du bequem Deine Unterkunftsanzeige erstellen und sie anschließend veröffentlichen.
How to list my place as featured?: In unserem Mitgliederbereich kannst Du zwischen verschiedenen Anzeigenpaketen wählen. Wähle eins mit der Option „als Top Angebot kennzeichnen“ und die Funktion wird freigeschaltet.
What are the guest care rules?: Du solltest Deinen Gast nach der Buchung über E-Mail kontaktieren. Nimm ihm die Unsicherheit und schreibe ein paar nette Worte. Informiere Ihn z.B. darüber wie er am Besten zu Deiner Unterkunft kommt. Weiterhin solltest Du die Kautionsregelung und Stornierungsbedingungen mitteilen. Ein Mietvertag bietet Sich in diesem Fall an. Denke immer daran: Je wohler sich Dein Gast bei Dir fühlt, umso eher bucht er Deine Unterkunft beim nächsten Mal und empfiehlt Dich weiter!
